ARROW ECS OPENS PORTAL TO THE MIDMARKET

MPower Partner Program Enables Value-Added Resellers to Grow Midmarket Business

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., June 30, 2008 – The Midmarket Group of Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a business group of Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW), has created a gateway to the midmarket with the launch of the MPower Midmarket Partner Program for value-added resellers (VARs), along with the MPower Partner Portal.

The MPower Partner Program offers three levels of participation: “Partner,” “Premier” and “Platinum,” each enabling VARs to sell Arrow’s midmarket-customized solutions, with the higher levels providing more access to market research and support teams. There is no fee to join the program, and partners begin receiving benefits immediately via an online portal that provides instant access to a broad range of MPower services and resources to support their business efforts with midsized companies, from prospecting to training and implementation.

MPower members can tap “On-Ramp” kits, Quick Reference Guides, and marketing programs to help in their sales and service efforts. Other features of the password-protected site include video-based sales and technical training, online registration to midmarket events, and over 1,000 downloadable sales tools that can help at each stage of the sales cycle.
